Aching feet!!! i just want to scream please help?

my whole feet is aching my under neath and sometimes it gets swollen. at night time it gets really itch and so are my palms i don't know what to do. as soon as i stand up it starts hurting me, when am walking it's hurting me. should i contact my gp cos i haven't had any scan yet in this pregnancy and i don't know how far i am. probably 26/27 weeks. my scan is next week pls help
