Big headache, what's wrong with me? HELP?

It really sounds like you are having anxiety attacks. Does your insides feel like jello and your heart is pounding as well as you are thinking you cant seem to finish what you are doing at the time. There are no rhyme or reason for them. You can get medication for them from the doctor. There is several reasons for a headache. The weather (sinus headache),neck out of alignment (need to go to a chiropractor),tension headache,stress, and worse case tumor. Either way it is good you are making a visit to your doctor tomorrow.
