Tips on waterline/tightlining my eyes?

i have a tip on making it last longer that works for me and my mom, and if it works on my mom i'd have to say it would have to be pretty good cause NOTHING NOTHING stays on her until i told her what to do. What i do is a i put NYX eye primer (you don't really have to do this, i forget at times and it still lasts) this primer is pretty cheap you can get it for like 6 dollars and this brand is fantastic no need to splurge 36 dollars for urban decay. I put this on my waterline, i first get a Q-tip though to dry my waterline (get any water out) put the primer after doing that, then quickly put on a pencil liner (I use NYX eyeliner) then after that i put liquid eyeline on top (that makes it last longer for me and my mother) i use a real cheap liquid liner i believe its .. WetNwild h20 proof! I sometimes let it dry for about 15 seconds then i put a little more ontop of it. you dont really have to though. i've found this has made wonders for me and my mom.
