What time of the year is the best to buy jeans? where to buy cheapest and quality jeans?

From what I've noticed there is no specific time to buy jeans...they are a timeless piece of clothing that can be worn no matter what season. I don't believe there is a dramatic price difference when it comes to buying jeans at different times of the year. So, just go ahead and buy a pair now. I buy my jeans at JCPenney's. JCPenney's is a great store that has just about everything for great quality and an even greater price (I ain't rich either)!
