Why dont certain animals scream when they get hurt? Do all animals have voice boxes?

Not trying to be funny, I was watching legislation on caged hunting and some guys were shooting deer with arrows and shotguns and the animals just stood there silently trembling? So it made me wonder why dont they scream like humans do?
