Ways to get a complete makeover (clothes, makeup, etc...)?

forever 21 and H&M are cheap but the quality isn't too great; Pac Sun and American Eagle are slightly more expensive with good quality; Gucci and Abercombie are the most expensive (also good quality) but cheaper than most other designer brands.
