Talking or seeing blood makes me feel dizzy?
I am getting 3 shots tomorrow, and this isn't stopping. I have tried breathing really slow. Talking about it, I loose my strength, I feel dizzy, light headed. Sometimes I can't even breathe, I feel like I'm going to throw up. Oh and I get this weird feeling in my throat, like something is stuck in there. My legs start to tremble, and sometimes I cry. When seeing a scary gore movie, I look away and cry. I want to overcome this so bad because it ruins my life. I have to get un needed 2 shots and a tetanus. When we talk about it in science class I tell my teacher how I feel and she tells me that it's fine and you will feel better. But I can't feel my hands or my legs, and I feel sore. That's when everything goes wrong, I start to feel like I can't breathe or when I gulp you can hear it so loudly. It's hard to talk about this right now because I can barely type my hands are tightening and my breathing isn't normal.
