Pain and Tingling in Arm and Hand....?

I have had pain and tingling in my right arm and hand for several weeks now. It feels like it is coming from my shoulder blade or under my arm pit. The pain and tingling seems to travel down the inner part of my arm down to my hand and through 2 or 3 of my fingers. I’ve tried heating packs / Ice packs/ and pain relievers like Aleve / Advil & Tylenol 3s (etc). It went away for about 3 good days, but now it back with a vengeance. It gets real rough at night and it’s hard to concentrate at work as the dull aching numbing pain does not go away. I don’t have medical insurance or a primary Dr. But I need some relief HELP
