Kohl's Men Employees- Should Guys have their shirts tucked in?

I recently was hired at Kohls Department Store as a sales associate but am unsure about the dress code for men. I wear polos and button down shirts but i usually keep them tucked in. Some other guys who work there keep their shirts untucked, so im wondering if i should keep my shirts tucked or untucked? Or does it not matter?
