Kohl's Dress Distributed By "Elle" Not Found?

I am looking for what is defined as a "Cross-Front Ruffle Dress" inside the magazine Elle. It is in the issue of April 2011 on what would be roughly page 89. The dress has bold purple flowers on it, lace at the bodice, and a bit of a flirty, ruffly edge at the sleeves and rim of the dress. I looked online at Kohl's and Elle's Kohl promoted site, but I can't find it anywhere! Has the dress not been released yet or possibly called back?
